Brad Taft is president of the Taft Resource Group, a career management and outplacement consulting firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has over 25 years experience in the employment and career development fields. His early career was in executive recruiting with firms including Korn/Ferry International, and in the outplacement industry he held senior level consulting, management and marketing positions with three national firms as well as his own company, Career Transition Group, Inc.
He is co-author of Boom or Bust!: New Career Strategies in a New America (Cambridge Media, LLC, 2006), a career management guide for mature workers. An accomplished public speaker and writer on career and organizational issues, he has lectured at the Arizona State University, University of Southern California, UCLA and Loyola Marymount University, has written numerous articles and has been quoted in various publications including the Wall Street Journal, Money, Arizona Republic, Los Angeles Times and the Employment Law Letter. Brad received a B.A. in Communications and a M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
